Payment & processI require an initial payment of 50% before starting.
Once received, I will send you a rough sketch for revision and approval.
Important: Once the sketch is approved, the remaining 50% must be paid to proceed with inking and coloring.Revisions & ChangesSketch Phase: Includes up to 3 rounds of major changes (pose, composition, outfit).
Inking & Coloring Phase: Only minor adjustments (color corrections, lighting tweaks) are allowed.
Additional Changes: Any structural changes requested after the sketch is approved (changing the pose, adding complex objects, extra characters) will incur an additional fee.Deadlines & DeliveryEstimated turnaround time is 2 weeks to 1 month, depending on the complexity of the piece and my current queue.
High-resolution digital files will be delivered via email or Google Drive link.Copyright & UsagePersonal Use: All standard commissions are for personal use only (social media avatars, personal printing, etc.). You may not claim the artwork as your own creation.
Commercial Use: Commercial rights (merchandise, promotional material, streaming assets) are not included by default and will incur a separate fee.
Social Media: I retain the right to display the artwork in my portfolio and social media. If you need the piece to remain private (e.g., a surprise gift), please inform me in advance.Cancelation & RefundsFull refunds are only available if I haven't started the sketch.
